Excellent

Best money Ive ever spent in the App Store. Its well worth every penny and very well thought out. All the features and all the information that is possible to enter makes this one second to none. All performs great! I love it... and Ive tried many if not all of the other. They just dont stand up to this one.

Still great after a year.

I cant say enough good things about this app. I billed over $100,000 last year on the app which I never could have done without it. It enables me to capture every billable event since its right at my fingertips. Its easy to invoice using the optional invoice module too. Definitely try it.

I can not say enough good things about this app. Customizable for anyone any need. The modules are well worth every penny.

Love it but please add....

Love this app! Im a service provider who also sells software and it works perfect for tracking time and info about customers. The invoicing module is a must so just buy it now. The only request i have for developers is do an inventory module that integrates like your invoices! I could take a pic of my part give it a part number and how many i have then when im invoicing i can grab that part from inventory and my stock is always updated!

Excellent App

This is an excellent app for keeping track of time and then billing/invoicing for that time. I use this app every day and am involved in the construction industry. I purchased all additional modules, but only regularly use the invoicing module. Dropbox backup is convenient too.

Outstanding, even after 2 years

Ive been using Time Master to track my billable hours and other expenses for my consulting business since Oct 2010. Ive occasionally tried other apps and nothing even comes close. Theres a bit of a learning curve, but it definitely pays off. Convenient, efficient and reliable.

Works for me

Ive been using Time Master and the Billing add-on for 6 months now. It took some learning during which I wondered if it could really become worth while. Im ready to declare Yes! Im sure Im capturing time that would have gone un billed. And I love seeing at a glance how much Ive invoiced, how much is still receivable and how much is un-invoiced. All with a couple of clicks.

Very Misleading Title

I bought this app under the impression that the invoicing function was included with the price. (Hence the name Time Master+Billing.) It is not. It costs an extra $9.99 to be able to invoice clients. It also costs extra to use Quickbooks with it, or to sync it between devices. This is very misleading. I brought this to the attention of Adam, one of the developers. He was rude. He stated, "Its very sad that most people think Apps that weve spent hundreds and hundreds of hours on are not worth a few bux, where they are willing to go to Starbucks and spend $6 on a cup of coffee every day. Go figure?!" That was never my issue. my issue is with how they advertise their app.I have gotten a refund. If you think all the bells and whistles are included with this app, think again. Read the fine print very carefully. I do not recommend this app at all.

Great App

I have been using TimeMaster + Billing for about 3 years. I am an hourly paid consultant and this app is very easy to use. I am not the kind of person who likes to write detailed reports, in fact I hate having to write any kind of report. Yet I have had numerous comments from clients that my billing is the most detailed that they have seen. This app makes it just that easy. The app is very stable which is a requirement when it comes to keeping track of money. I used to have issues when syncing with Time Master Central, but have not had an issue ever since backups were switched to Dropbox. I use the Invoice module, which is extra, but totally worth it. The fields exported for reports are customizable which makes it so that you should be able to configure it for your needs. This app has paid for itself many times over.

Needs Graphing

I would of given this app a 5 star but had to give a 4 because it does not come with pie or line graph charts. This would be great to look at my sales over time. Hopefully they would add this feature in the future and I would be happy to pay extra for it.

Nice App

I cant believe I never reviewed this app. Ive been using this for several years now. Once set up, its so easy to use. Timer can be restarted if you take a break that isnt billable. I bill in 15 minute increments and the app handles it nicely. Support is fast and friendly.

Love this App!!

I have been using this app for at least 3 years. It does take time to eat it up properly but you can set it up the way you want and need and it will give you great service for the long haul!

4 techs use it every day. They leave sites with invoices delivered This app has made my work life so much easier. Lot less admin time and a lot more billable. Incredible options I used support once. They gave me a work around. 3 days later a update with the solution was posted

Fantastic for all Entrepreneurs!!!!!

I have been using this program for about 3-4 years...and I love it!!! I am owner of a small personal assisting services business and it suits all of my needs. It is easy to use. And there is a FANTASTIC tech support if needed. Someone actually picks up the phone when you call and spends time answering questions and in laymans terms if needed. You can log hours and expenses for clients and for accounting purposes make your company a client and it will keep track of your expenses too! Soo much easier than a Quickbooks, yet also has a module to work with Quickbooks. I would suggest definitely buying the synchronization module and the invoicing module. I love this app! It is the foundation of the admin part of my business and the best part is it is all done on the run from any device and with the additional module...everything is in sync!

Used in a consulting sole proprietorship.

This suite has made the billing and tracking for my business look like the big boys even though Im a one man show. Now that Im at the point of growing to a second employee (after two years), integrating has been very easy.
