Essential timekeeping/billing app for small-medium bus

As an partner of a small law firm, this is the most important app I own. I have been using this program for nearly 3 years and it has always worked flawlessly. I can bill on my iPad or my iPhone and then sync them together wirelessly and I back everything up on my Mac. I need to work with my timekeeping before invoicing, so I export to Excel and then invoice from my computer, but Im sure their invoicing module works great as does their iPad sync module.

I have even contacted customer support and been able to speak to a real person that immediately helped me solve my problem, which was caused by me not following directions as per usual.

I highly recommend this app for any small business owner that needs to keep track of his/her time.
